Kaylee

I’m a communication professional and educator with 10+ years of experience helping colleges, private schools, and mission-driven organizations improve how they lead, teach, and engage. I currently serve as an adjunct professor at ECPI University and Laurel Ridge Community College, teaching public speaking, interpersonal communication, and leadership—both in-person and online. I also lead my own consulting firm, Talk Tactics, where I support private schools, small businesses, and churches with communication audits, staff training, enrollment strategy, and stakeholder messaging. My strengths include curriculum design, military-aligned academic training, workshop facilitation, public speaking coaching, and strategic messaging rooted in real-world needs. I’m also a doctoral candidate (ABD) in Strategic Communication at Regent University, with research focused on digital learning, institutional culture, and faith-based communication strategies. I’m open to opportunities in higher education, instructional design, training consulting, or government contract work—especially roles requiring strong communication strategy, audience engagement, or curriculum development.
